Job role: The System Engineer should integrate the infrastructure team inside one of our projects and be an active part in the construction and maintenance of the project’s environment. This professional is going to have to articulate communication between different departments to achieve the most successful outcome.
Tools and Languages: Basic understanding of networking concepts, and network infrastructure components such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers; Python/Go, Bash; Chef; MySQL; RESTful API’s; ISP-related technologies; Linux distributions knowledge (Ubuntu, and optionally Red Hat, Debian), · Experience with Agile way of working (Scrum / Kanban)
Education: Computer Science or related field.
